CHOU FARCI | $68

Our Chou Farci features tender stuffed cabbage layered with pork belly, duck confit and foie gras, served with mashed potatoes, chanterelle mushrooms and a rich truffle jus. A comforting French classic made for the beginning of fall at Le Gratin.
