Bouillabaisse is our Plat du Mois for June at Le Gratin!

A celebration of the French Mediterranean coast, our Bouillabaisse features monkfish, red snapper, shrimp, and mussels simmered in a rich fish broth. Accompanied by confit fennel, spring onions, and potatoes, this classic Provençal seafood dish is both vibrant and comforting, capturing the flavors of the season in every bowl.
